Are you experiencing chronic dysregulation (anxiety, depression, irritability)? Do you find yourself avoiding life and relationships? These can be signs of unresolved complex trauma.

People with "divergent" neurotypes often experience distress not because they're ill, but because they're living in a society that wasn't designed for them.

This can include Autistic, Adhd and Bipolar folks, N-dominant  cognitive types (INTP, INFP, ENFP, INTJ, ENFJ, ETC), and Highly-Sensitive People.

By understanding your particular neurotype, and creating accomodations for yourself, you can turn a life that's tortuous and exhausting into a life in which you can thrive.

Sometimes a major loss or a series of losses can leave you feeling gutted. Your old sense of self dissolves, and there's no way to restore the self or life you had before. It can feel like you're starting your whole life from scratch, with no idea how to find the motivation to move forward.

Stages of Change: Precontemplation

You haven't connected the dots yet between your attitudes and behaviors and your suffering.

Contemplation Stage

You've begun thinking seriously about what attitudes and behaviors you need to change.. You're still working up to actually enacting these changes.

Preparation Stage

You've started taking small actions (like doing some online research) looking towards change. You've started actively planning more significant, concrete actions that will help you move towards needed change.

Action Stage

You're ready.

You start taking significant concrete actions to move towards healing and change.

Maintenance Stage

You have sustained real changes in your attitudes and behavior over several months. You are actively finding ways to prevent yourself from lapsing back into regressive habits. Relapses may occur. But you are learning to accept them as part of the process.
